Chen Xi, member of Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee and head of Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee visited to Zhongguancun, Beijing on July 22,  inspecting works of scientific and technological innovation and talent training, recruitment and employment. Chen stressed that we need to further study and apply Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, enhance the consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment, strengthen confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics and resolutely uphold General Secretary Xi Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole, as well as the Party Central Committee’s authority and its centralized, unified leadership. He also pointed out that we should carry out the “staying true to our founding mission” education campaign in a practical way and turn the learning results into a powerful force to make China a powerhouse in terms of science, technology and talents and to ensure the realization of the two centenary goals toward the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese dream.

Chen Xi then visited Xiaomi Corporation and DeepGlint Information Technologies Co. Ltd.. He learned about their product R&D and business operations and their practices in talent training, recruitment, employment and incentives. He also talked to experts at the two companies and asked about their works and lives and encouraged them and other scientists and technological personnel to be more creative and dedicated and to have more achievements.
